Climbing that mountain

🚴‍♂️ Today, I begin my climb up my very own Mont Ventoux - a new career mountain to conquer.

After 25 years in corporate and professional services, I’m embarking on my first independent contract, focusing on a passion that’s close to my heart: developing great people managers.

Much like the professional cyclists tackling the iconic Tour de France climb, I am at the foot - eager, determined, and ready for what's ahead. I'm sure there will be switchbacks along the way, changing my direction but always pushing, helping me climb higher.

And I couldn't be more excited.

Taggart People has been a great parallel gig for the last 18 months (a domestique role if you want to stretch the cycling metaphor even further). But today my own little business becomes the leader - stepping into the spotlight.
